Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused and in original condition
- Item is in original packaging with all tags attached
- Item has proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
- Item is not marked as non-returnable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Perishable Goods
Food items, flowers, and other perishables
Personal Items
Underwear, swimwear, and personal care items
Customized Products
Personalized or made-to-order items
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale or clearance
How to Request a Return
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return
- Click "Request Return" and select the reason for return
- Upload photos of the item if applicable
- Submit your request and wait for approval
- Once approved, you'll receive return shipping instructions
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund:
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Mobile Money: 1-3 business days
Card payments: 5-10 business days
Refund Amount
Full product price will be refunded
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless item was defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return pickup and provide a full refund including shipping costs, or send a replacement at no additional charge.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping
Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Defective/Wrong Items: We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange for free pickup.
